“Sell and forget” is not how we at PrintoLUX® run our business. Although our printing systems are user-friendly and do not require specialized knowledge to operate, we provide training to familiarize you with the system and get you up and running quickly. It is easy to get started with PrintoLUX®.

We use Netviewer software. Upon request, we will send you an email with the software that you will need to install on your computer, or you can join an online support by clicking the link below and entering the number given by one of our customer supporters.

Netviewer also has a module incorporating Webcam capabilities. This enables customers to show us various things right on the printer, or vice versa.
