    The chamber of commerce and industry of Darmstadt and the district Gross-Gerau founded the Automotive Cluster Rhine-Main-Neckar in September 2003. The cluster bundles the competences of specialized companies in the automotive supplier sector. It acts as a coordinator and a moderator for the individual partners in the automotive network.
