Printing of aluminum signage, however, has always been costly. Now, PrintoLUX offers a new, digital solution that allows virtually anyone, anywhere, to produce their own, customized aluminum signs, tags and labels at an affordable price.

Please note that with the PrintoLUX system, only certified materials must be used for making aluminum signage. We offer a huge selection of materials, in a variety of formats and qualities to suit practically every need. Non-PrintoLUX materials can also be submitted to PrintoLUX for certification, to ensure that they are compatible with our printers and that quality and durability requirements are met.

All signs made with the PrintoLUX system are printed with our special, heat-set ink. After printing, the signs must be heated to a temperature of between 90 and 180 degrees C. The ink then becomes extremely durable and resistant all environmental factors.

Pre-treatment of the metal is also recommended and guarantees top results. CATS+ pre-treatment and cleaning solution is available through PrintoLUX.
Aluminum signs can be printed in one or more colors. Signs may consist of text or graphics or both. Every sign can be customized to the user’s particular needs and preferences.
