PrintoLUX® printing systems - the right solution for every application
PrintoLUX® offers six types of printing systems for printing tags and labels. The configuration varies according to the different requirements of the user. Complete system packages include a printing system, heating unit (except for PrintoLUX-FB-100-A2-plus), software and a set of filled ink cartridges. Prices range from €2,500 to €32,000 (net). Firstly, we would like to inform you of a new feature on the PrintoLUX® system: The FB-10-plus, FB-140-plus and FB-100-A2-plus can be equipped with white colour. We consider ourselves as the unchallenged market leader concerning the durability of white-on-metal printing.
The PrintoLUX®-FLEX system was developed specially for printing on self-adhesive foils and other flexible materials. The foil is fed through the standard sheet feed on the printer. In this way, formats measuring up to 210 x 400 mm can be processed. In particular, the system exhibits its efficiency and cost-effectiveness when printing pipe plates and warning signs.
The PrintoLUX® Basic is designed as a mobile unit. Whether in the office or at assembly stations: this system can be set up quickly just about anywhere.

The PrintoLUX® FB-3-plus offers an outstanding ratio of price to performance. Despite its affordable initial investment cost, this unit can be used for a wide range of different applications.

Our latest in-house development is based on a completely new design concept. The printing mechanism moves instead of the support table. A servo motor is used as the drive. The maximum support weight has now more than tripled to 10 kg.
The PrintoLUX® FB-140 fulfills all the requirements for industrial applications. With automatic height adjustment up to 140 mm, it can be used to print everything from front panels with fasteners to casings or specialty items.

The improved version of the FB-140 was launched in June 2011. PrintoLUX®-FB-140-plus enhances many characteristics and above all user comfort compared to its predecessor. It significantly expands the colour space, makes handling easier by advancing automation and so increases cost effectiveness.
Due to popular demand, we have increased our maximum printing format by over 60 % to 420 x 600 mm. The clearance height measures 100 mm (or up to 300 mm in special cases). Height adjustment is made manually and via light barrier. In the standard version, the system is equipped with eight cartridges (classic CMYK colours plus four light colours). The range of applications is comparable with our FB-140-plus system.
