Heat-set ink

Our ink, which which was developed with input from PrintoLUX®, is the key feature of PrintoLUX® systems. Most importantly, our ink is water-based. This avoids the problem of clogged printheads (a common problem with solvent-based inks) and is an environmentally friendly option. The ink has high pigment density for maximum colour brilliance and extremely high graphic quality. It is heat setting, thereby ensuring a level of durability that is unequalled on the market today.

Pre-treatment

The additive we use to pre-treat the substrate not only cleans the surfaces, but also ensures that the inks will not run. The pre-treatment also allows faster burn times and better print adhesion. If pre-treated materials are stored in a dry environment free of dust and grease, the pre-treatment effect will remain intact for several months at a time.

    • unverdünnte Essenz unserer Vorbehandlung (ist nur im Zusammenhang mit unserer PLX Verdünnung nutzbar)

    • Haltbarkeit bis 9 Monate vor dem mischen
