PrintoLUX > The Process > Insights > System development and production

Responding to the stimuli and demands of the market is one of the prime corporate goals of PrintoLUX for the continuous advancement of the process. This applies in particular to the ongoing development of our print systems. The initial two print systems offered in the year 2008 have meanwhile evolved into more than 18 versions where each new version has implemented specific requirements of user groups.

Our print systems PrintoLUX®-FB-140/3000-plus and PrintoLUX®-FB-10/400 are proprietary developments marked by outstanding print precision and very convenient handling. The PrintoLUX®-FB-140/3000-plus system is equipped with an additional powerful servomotor making the table feed more stable and uniform. In addition, this motor allows increasing the support weight by over 100 percent to more than 5 kg. The further reduced droplet size (2.0 instead of 3.5 pl) provides a finer print image. The system's cartridge capacity has been doubled reducing the refill frequency accordingly.

A leap in performance meant the development and market launch of the PrintoLUX®-FB-20/400-STONE system. Designed for mobile use, this system facilitates all additional and replacement labelings on the construction sites of the plant and mechanical engineering. Whether inside or outside the control cabinets: The PrintoLUX®-STONE is an all-rounder that completely eliminates the use of parallel devices. The fact that our system also processes labeling materials from other suppliers underlines its versatile and comprehensive benefits. At PrintoLUX new print systems always translate into additional performance, ease of use and customer benefit.

All PrintoLUX® systems are based on printing equipment from Epson, known for their extraordinary reliability and meaning – in turn – functional dependability and durability. The print systems are configured according to customer requirements regarding format, clearance and colour scheme.

All PrintoLUX® systems listed here are manufactured by our sister company VESCON Systemtechnik GmbH in Gleisdorf / Austria. The quality concept that comes into play follows the proven "Made in Germany" in every detail. For the production of printing systems, this means the highest degree of reliability in terms of materials and techniques used.

Although this makes our system somewhat more expensive than Asian-made products, but we know exactly how our systems function, what they can achieve and where their boundaries lie. We are manufacturers and not dealers offering third-party products.
