Our service technicians currently solve 99.7 % of all support requests by telephone, remote maintenance software and video link. If we reach our limits in this respect, faults can also be rectified directly on site.

We generally recommend regular maintenance for all our labelling systems. The maintenance interval of your system depends on the individual system runtime, among other things, and can be agreed flexibly. Maintenance serves to ensure the trouble-free maintenance of the technical functions of your labelling system and thus contributes to process reliability.
You decide where the maintenance should take place.
We either maintain your labelling system directly on site or we receive your labelling system at our company. Since we focus on long-term cooperation, we offer the "PrintoLUX loyalty package: service". Here you benefit from discounted maintenance costs, a flexible terms and other advantages.

You do not need qualified personnel for PrintoLUX®, but instruction on our process makes sense in all cases. As part of our overall service, you will receive user training in addition to the system installation when one of our labelling systems is delivered.
If you change users or if your field of application expands, we offer further trainings if required. This can be a comprehensive training on all aspects of the labelling process or individual training modules on specific topics such as software or materials.
